Restaurant:

Does your hotel provide menus varying on a daily basis?

Yes. You will have a chance to sample tasteful Romagna-style dishes as well as a wide choice of unique recipes coming from every Italian region so as to never make you feel bored. Upon request we also prepare gluten-free menus for those suffering from food intolerances.

How far is the hotel from the beach?

Our hotel lies around 200 meters from the beach, however we recommend you to look up the map on our website.

Have you got an internal restaurant? What time does it stay open?

Our customers can access our Restaurant from 12 to 2 pm and in the evening from 7 to 9 pm. We suggest that you do not swing by at peak hours to avoid the crowds, our buffet gets continuously refilled. We also arrange food-theme dinners such as "Romagna-style” and “Wild Wild West" evenings.

At what time is check in on my arrival date?

We make sure your room will be ready by 2 pm, however you can check in earlier and benefit from communal areas and have lunch. We will deliver you the room key as soon as possible.

Can we lunch at restaurant if we arrive in the morning?

Our packages includes lunch on your arrival date as well as breakfast on your departure date, packed lunches may replace the meals you will not consume at the restaurant.

Does your hotel provide strollers or should I bring one along?

We freely provide strollers for our baby guests, even though our availability is limited.

Is assistance/maintenance service provided?

For any inconvenience we kindly ask you to notify us. Our reception is open 24 hour but we need a prior notice to contact the technicians.

I have never been to Rimini, can you give me some pointers?

Our staff will provide all the information on the surrounding territory. You will also receive a custom-made map showing the “places of smile” with our tips to experience great holidays even out of the hotel.

Are bathrooms fitted with shower or bathtub?

All our hotels’ bathrooms are fitted feature a shower box.

Does your hotel serve gluten-free and vegetarian meals?

On request we prepare gluten-free meals and provide a wide range of vegetarian dishes.

Can I go for seconds?

Yes, always ;-)

At what time is breakfast served?

The international breakfast buffet is included in the price and is served between 8 and 10 am in the restaurant hall.

How to get around:

How should I reach the hotel by train?

The closest railways station is "Rimini". A public bus service connects Rimini to Riccione, you can look up the timetables and stops. We are next to Stop 23 and buses normally run every 20 minutes.

How can we arrange day trips and excursions or purchase tickets for theme parks?

Our All Inclusive packages do not include tours or tickets for the nearby amusement parks but you can purchase them through our pre-sale service with direct access to the park allowing you to jump the queue!

Children:

Is there a dedicated area where children can play?

Yes, and not just one. The Hotel features: an area dedicated to Mini Club, an outdoor inflatable Children Park and playground as well as an internal room with videogames!

Does your hotel provide children’s entertainment?

Entertainment is the core of our Family Hotel! A professional team of entertainers is available seven days a week from 10 am to 22 pm to amuse kids…and, why not, adults as well! Children can have fun at the Miniclub and Juniorclub in all freedom. Entertainment is available on a daily basis, from morning to evening at mealtimes and during the rest of the day at the beach. On Sundays, we take one day to get to know each other since it is our “Hospitality” day with our usual poolside aperitivo :-)

Do you provide assistance to babies?

Our Mini Club caters for children aged 3-12 but also for younger babies aged 0-3 who can take part in the activities if supervised by one parent.

Is the property functional and spacious enough for parents and kids?

The hotel’s communal areas are spacious and cozy, ideal to let children have fun in all freedom under the watchful eyes of our entertainers.

In case we book the half board plan. How much are the additional meals?

It is possible to add our tasteful Menu at a price of € 15,00 per adult person and at a price of e € 7,00 per children (aged 3-12). The meal includes 2 dishes among: starter, first or second course, Free Drink beverages are unlimited. Lunch can be consumed within the comfort of the Hotel’s restaurant or at the discounted beach, in which case we will prepare a packed lunch.

What to do, what to explore:

We are a Family and we want to hang out, what does Rimini have to offer?

We lie 150 meters away from the evening walk rich in shops, minimarkets and drug stores. Enquire our reception desk, we will freely provide a map of the area and will recommend the main places of interest.

How’s the beach of Rimini like?

The beach of Rimini provides parasols and sunbeds in stable and fixed zones while changing cabins, restrooms and hot showers are put at disposal of our all-inclusive clientele. The regular and sandy sea bottom is at all times under the watchful eye of the Lifeguard.

What can we do at the hotel in the evening?

The entertainment at the hotel never misses, as well as baby dance and engaging evenings and musicals. Every day there will be a new evening to enjoy with your family.

What places should I absolutely have to visit in Summer?

Rimini is well-known for the services visitors can find on the beaches, on the seafront walk and across the theme parks but you can also browse the several places of historic interest within the town centre or across the inland’s hills.

Do you provide sea towels or beach equipment?

Our All Inclusive package includes one parasol and 2 sunbeds within the third row from changing rooms, if you wish to get a first-row spot you can pay an extra charge directly at the Lifeguard’s office. Beach towels are not included.

Safety and Health:

Is there a hospital near the Hotel?

The closet hospital is situated in Rimini, only 10 minutes’ drive from our hotel. Our on-call medical service is available on demand.

Extra:

Is there a car park inside the hotel? Is it attended? Is it possible to book it? Is it free?

Our hotel puts at disposal a private, video-controlled and insured parking approximately 150 meters away. It can be reserved for en extra fee. Alternatively, guests can park their car around the Hotel at no extra cost. Our parking is subject to availability which means it may not be available in case it has not been reserved in advance.

Are extra cradles/high chairs available?

Our Hotels offers baby cots and cradles, we advice to request them at the time of the booking. They are provided at no additional cost.

Does the Internet working within the hotel?

We offer a 100% free Wi-fi Internet Connection available working throughout and in rooms.

Is the hotel pet-friendly? Are there extra fees involved?

Yes, our furry friends are welcome, we just charge a little extra fee equal to € 15,00 to keep the room clean and tidy during the Holiday.

Booking:

How can I request a quote without having to make a booking?

Requesting a quote is very simple and easy, you can do it on our website by filling out the form or phoning our booking office. To receive a customized quote, we recommend you to specify the length of stay, the number of guests, the desired room type, your sons’ age as well as any further requirement.

Can I choose the floor that I prefer?

Of course, the hotel’s staff will endeavor to meet every request (preferred floor, panoramic balcony, services etc..), we cannot however guarantee that they will be satisfied since they are all subject to availability.

How can I send the deposit and what are your payment methods?

In case we do not receive your deposit within the indicated terms, the reservation will be considered void. Deposits can be sent via bank transfer reporting the reservation code. Our payment methods include credit cards such as Visa, Maestro and Mastercard as well as debit cards, Postepay and cash.

Will I receive a written confirmation from the hotel right after I make a booking?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email containing every reservation detail such as hotel information, rates and cancellation policies..

How can I cancel my booking? Is there any penalty involved?

You can cancel your reservation by simply contacting via telephone or e-mail our booking office. If you have already paid a deposit, we recommend you to make contact with one of our operators to verify cancellation terms and conditions.

How can I save my deposit?

Upon making a reservation, please remember to check the price quote, in the bottom section you will find Allianz’ “Booking Protection” which allows you to insure your paid deposit according to the terms and conditions set out by Allianz.
